- Currently head coach of Chinese national Finswimming team.
- National level coach & member of the Executive Committee of the former Asian Underwater Federation.
- Engaged in Finswimming training, competition work for more than 30 years, international finswimming judge of CMAS, major events for judge works.
- Since 1994, he participated in 13 times World Finswimming Championship & 3 times World Game Finswimming competition as head coach, & witnessed the brilliant course of 145 world championship gold medals and 15 world game gold medals in Chinese Finswimming.
